Starting life with the McCarthy Taylor Partnership, back in 1985, LSS was born out of a desire to produce cost-effective, straightforward software for the surveyor, designer and engineer, primarily in the minerals and civils markets. In 1995 the company became McCarthy Taylor Systems Ltd and can now boast a market leading presence in several industries, including land surveying, civil engineering and mineral extraction. From its headquarters on the edge of the picturesque Cotswold escarpment in Gloucestershire, England, McCarthy Taylor provides a dedicated technical helpline facility to its many hundreds of users throughout the UK and worldwide.
